AREA, who started producing quality children's play equipment and ancillary items in 1990, has just opened what is possibly the most up to date and modern production facility in Europe. Using the latest technology, they produce high quality outdoor play equipment providing an attractive and safe environment for parents and children to enjoy.
AREA aims to create products that combine good design, colour range and safety with value for money for their clients. All steelwork is hot galvanised before being powder coated and we only use dense timbers from sustainable sources. Equipment is designed to provide long life, combined with low maintenance costs.
AREA is a family owned company that has constantly produced quality outdoor play equipment for young people between the ages of 3yrs to 14 yrs. Area equipment is eye catching and exciting for young children as well as being robust, with hand painted play panels to really inspire the use of imagination! Their equipment can be found throughout central Europe.
AREA Leisure and Play Solutions Ltd (ALPS) now holds the sole agency rights to offer AREA equipment to the UK, Northern Ireland and Eire. ALPS has dedicated installation teams fully qualified and experienced with all the relevant insurance cover.
Equipment is tested in areas where temperature fluctuates between - 20 and + 40 degrees and colours are proven to be steadfast.
ALPS Ltd have now been successful with its CHAS registration as an indicator of how seriously it takes health and safety issues within the work place. ALPS Ltd has now joined RoSPA to ensure that it is up to date with all health and safety issues. ALPS Ltd will continue to push itself forward in all areas in order to ensure that it offers the best service to its customers.
