If you are unable to comply with our payment terms, please contact us and we will endeavour to reach an agreement.

The quotations given are based on the proposed installation sites being free from obstacles in or above the ground and that there is easy access for delivery and installation vehicles. There is a minimum installation charge of £750.00 plus VAT.

If during installation, we uncover any items such as water pipes, shifting sand, concrete sections, cables or rock formations, or any unknown obstacles or underground caverns we will advise you immediately and it will be your decision on how work proceeds.

Additional costs may be incurred if equipment has to be dismantled in order to convey them through narrow access routes. Additional labour will be charged at £500.00 per day plus VAT and any additional materials or plant hire will be charged at cost.

Additional charges may also be incurred where skips are required to dispose of spoil to local
licensed waste sites, unless if can be left on site safely.

Delivery: Standard equipment can be delivered up to eight weeks from confirmed order and special equipment may take a little longer.

The removal of any additional earth works will remain the responsibility of the customer unless this is prearranged with ALPS. Landscaping using any spoils can be undertaken but will incur its own costs in agreement with the customer.

Any goods found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery will be replaced by ALPS as soon as possible.

Cancelled orders may incur a cost and each quote issued will include cancellation charges dependent upon what stage the order has reached.
